Contingent Worker Payroll
We also provide third-party employment and payroll processing for workers you source
internally to work on a temporary project. YMSPeople will “adopt” these individuals
for the duration of the project. We manage the entire engagement lifecycle, from,
skills assessment, background screening, onboarding, contract administration, payroll
processing and benefits administration. The worker receives IRS Form W-2 at the
end of the year.
YMSPeople incurs the overhead costs for payroll taxes, statutory and commercial
insurance coverage and related expenses. You pay a straight hourly rate that incorporates
the worker’s gross wage and overhead costs. There are no other fees, constraints
or obligations.
