You do not have to be a member of YMSPeople to qualify for your cash bonus. If you
refer multiple companies you can receive multiple cash rewards. There is no limit
to the number of companies you can refer.
How to Qualify
The referral must be new to YMSPeople and must include the name and contact information
of the company employee who is responsible for filling the position.
If we place a candidate that generates a fee to YMSPeople at a company that you
referred to YMSPeople, you qualify for a referral reward. We will send you a check
for $1,000 after our candidate has completed 90 days of full-time employment or
eight weeks (320 hours) of contract employment at the company you referred to us.

How to Qualify
All you need to do is locate your next contract assignment and refer your client
to YMSPeople for contract administration and payroll processing. The assignment
can be a new project at your current client or at any other client anywhere in the
US. The sign-on bonus does not apply to the extension of a current assignment.
